What’s Included

  • Biweekly 1:1 60 minute online coaching sessions (6 total)
  • Access to me 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) via the Voxer app (text & voice messaging)
  • Post-session follow up notes outlining goals as well as individualized resources to support your specific wellness needs
  • High level support and accountability

What It’s Like

Our 1:1 sessions are client led, focusing on the areas you want to improve. The program is personalized to you because a one-size fits all approach doesn’t work. During our time together, we will approach your health goals holistically (diet, exercise, & lifestyle) to find what works best for you and makes creating healthy habits doable as a busy new mom. You will achieve results such as weight loss, improved sleep, increased energy, less stress, and feeling like “you” again! These lasting changes will have you feeling more balanced, energized, and vibrant!

ABOUT ME

Listen I get it, for years I struggled with my weight and an unhealthy relationship with food. I was constantly dieting, trying every latest fad, only to quit with no results. I was always starting and stopping. I was exhausted and confused. And now I was a new mom with even less time and energy to waste on dieting, feeling desperate to finally figure it out.

So after having my first child in Feb 2020, I took the leap of faith and signed up for school to be a certified health coach (literally during my maternity leave!) My initial intention was to educate myself, end the vicious cycle of dieting, and finally figure out how to create a sustainable healthy lifestyle. Most importantly I now have a responsibility to be a good role model for my daughter and lead by example. I want her to have a mom that looks and feels her best. Becoming a mom was the catalyst to prioritizing my health and wellness.

Postpartum, I have lost 60 lbs and feel the best I ever have; shifting my whole perspective on food and wellness. It's been a total body and mind transformation. It actually led to other new moms asking me how I did it and me feeling so passionate about helping, that I launched a coaching business.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to be able to help new moms shed the post baby weight and gain energy through easy food additions, simple daily movement, and stress reducing self care. If I can do it, you can do it!
